Well, folks, it's official. Turns out a positive pregnancy test and three missed cycles does mean I could be pregnant for sure afterall! Today's appointment was just fine. Jose went with me for "moral support." The unmentionable exams turned out to be not so bad afterall - I'm going to a really, truly wonderful place where the staff is amazing. Heartbeat was strong and healthy, praise the Lord! They put me at about 13 weeks or so. Oh - and something I find just absolutely hilarious - I haven't gained a pound! Apparently I can go for a month-long vacation and eat all kinds of junk food at my friends' and my sister's and not suffer for it on the scales! Perhaps all those grueling hours at the gym turned fat into muscle, which then again has turned into fat. I say life is all about a balance.

haha, congratulations!! I can beat not gaining any weight though. I actually lose weight the first trimester when I'm pregnant, (and I don't throw up much, if at all, either). :D

Nice Glenna! Hey, my first pregnancy I had a parasite that didn't let me gain weight...9 days after Rebekah was born I was 2 pounds LESS than original weight! A parasite is a great weight loss plan. Or a stomach virus, in Heather's case.
