Elections: Confused? Ignorant? Unsure? This is a great website...
I don't get cable and haven't been able to watch any debates or take the time to educate myself on who's running and what they stand for, etc. My sister told me of this great website with a "candidate calculator" where you plug in your personal beliefs on various issues (and by the way each issue is a link that opens a new window that sums up what that issue is) and it tells you which candidate most lines up with your beliefs/viewpoints. I recommend you check it out - it only takes a second (which is about all most of us have!).

Not a bad site. It said I should vote for Mitt Romney, interesting....
I actually know a few people that are thinking about voting for him, but I don't know much about him. I guess i'll have a look and see what I think. It's a place to start anyway.
who the heck is Duncan Hunter? Apparently, I like him.
--although, i didn't know what half the issues were, or how i felt about them... will have to take more time & read about them, then go through it again.
Yeah, I only read thru a few of the issues that I hadn't heard of, and the others I put "unsure". My husband adores the topic of politics but I usually shy away from it - not sure why. But I do want to at least be informed and educated!
