y'all are so funny. i've never seen "lost". and now i hope i never do. i don't want to be sucked in!
i was this same way about american idol. i resisted for five years. and then i watched ONE episode. and then i was hooked.
NEVER AGAIN! i will resist the pop culture pull!
at any rate, i hope y'all are having fun, and i'm glad your countdown has finally ended.

Yeah, I spose it's a glorified soap opera and just as addictive! But it's fun. :) Hey, and I got hooked while living in another country where the pop culture was certainly pulling in other directions! :)
All in good fun...
I'll watch Idol with you too. Heehee.

Dang it that show is bad!! It just totally keeps you guessing and you have to keep watching.

I can't believe we only have 7 more episodes...(thanks to the writers strike...ug!!)

Ok, so here's what I figure, Hurley, Jack and Kate, along with 3 others end up getting rescured, (remember Hurley said the Oceanianic 6?), and I figure Sun does too, (because she's pregnant). Who else? We still don't know who is in the coffin or who Kate refered to in the end of last season when she told Jack "I need to go, he'll be wondering where I am". I wonder if it's Sawyer? I don't think it is though. I think this episode just left us with questions and wanting more....

Maybe next week we'll find out who Naomi and her team really are???

Yes, as usual, more questions and less answers! :( "They" said that we would find out that stuff last night, but phoey, no we surely didn't. And why did Hurley tell Jack he was sorry he followed Locke, especially when they both agree they shouldn't have left the island? I'm not sure I like the flash-forwards...makes me so sad to see the downward spiral of Hurley and Jack...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I really like Jack and hate knowing how bad he might end up.

I didn't understand why Hurley apologized either, I'm guessing we'll find out at some point though.

You're not kidding Kari. We still don't even know why those stinking numbers were "evil"...

Ruth, here's a link with some interesting theories. http://www.lab-retriever.net/board/lost-probably-spoilers-t7278801.html

oh my gosh, this really IS like a soap opera. i'm tired just reading all of that. :) that would make me crazy!

oh yah! what about those numbers?? they never did address that... or the black smoke cloud... or the polar bear. whetever i really need to stop watching.

heather.. .save yourself the drama. wait a couple years til the show is over. then you can rent all the episodes on dvd & you'll have all your questions answered in a matter of months rather than years. :)

hey! that's a great idea!!! :)

Glenna said...

Seriously Heather, it is a lot easier that way :)

Yes, better to rent the dvd's at the end of the season...because it STINKS having to wait a whole week until the next one! ARGH and when are those writers and the uppity ups ever going to reach an agreement?!!

Anonymous said...

uppity ups...i like that. :) i think i'm gonna start using that term. :)
