
So I would like to know why it is that every day, no matter how much I snack, I am always famished between the hours of approximately 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.? And why is it that I feel so sleepy after lunch, despite getting a reasonable amount of sleep last night (about 6-7 hours), and not having excuses such as pregnancy or running marathons, or even any other sort of exercise beyond typical housework?

actually, i have sat through "brain research classes" where they have discussed all that stuff. i have the notes somewhere in all my mounds of education stuff. i suppose i could look it up...let me see if i can do that...give me a day or two. :) hey, but take heart! there's a scientist somewhere that has come up with a reason for it! :)
